When will my order ship?
I strive to ship out your order within 72 hours, often times orders ship the same day. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
Additional customs and tax fees can occur on international orders. This fee is not in my control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Please contact me at email@example.com so I can figure out what is going on. In the event that your order has been missing for 30 days I will refund you and ship your order again at no cost to you, providing you ordered prints and not original art.
My artwork arrived damaged. What should I do?
Occasionally packages get damaged in shipping. In the rare occasion this happens to you I ask that you snap a picture of the damaged artwork and send it to me so I can send you a free replacement. I will need the photo in order to file a claim with my shipper, and I thank you for helping me with this extra step, in advance.
What’s your return policy?
In the event there’s a problem with your order please let me know immediately. I will do everything in my power to make it right. I don’t offer returns and exchanges, unless your order arrives damaged, or misprinted. Contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Things to know about ordering a digital print?
When you order a print of my artwork you are receiving a digital print of the original, unless otherwise labeled as a Linocut, or Screenprint. All digital prints have a small border and are never printed to edge, your border will be between 1-3cm, depending on the size of the print. If the artwork is on textured paper, the paper texture will also be printed digitally to look exactly like the original.
